Eastbourne Yoga & Wellbeing Show - Saturday 11 June 2016

The Yoga Show on Saturday here in Eastbourne was a hugh success. I held two classes using asana and sound.  Comments ranged from "an amazing experience” “need to know more please run a workshop” “cannot believe how good I feel” etc.   Already I have had enquiries and bookings for a one to one lesson.
I was also helping my niece out selling her new range of garments for Love Collective and this young woman pulled the winning ticket out and the Winner - Jane - pictured here wearing her kaftan!!!

The Sound of Yoga Workshop (21 May 2016) with Penelope and Eva - This was such an amazing day we had a full Yurt and all those who came shared a really loving, joyful and harmonious day.  Here is some of the comments received.
"I enjoyed all of it.  But loved learning the asanas and chanting"

"I enjoyed it because at the end of the day I am peaceful and relaxed."

"The day over exceeded expectations, The energy, the yurt, the whole experience."

"So very relaxing and gorgeous in every way."

"Lovely explanations with the sounds by Penelope and feeling loved by Eva even after the first meeting."
"The day has given me lots of ideas and inspiration on a professional level as well as being deeply nourishing on a personal level."

"Penelope led an amazing couple of sessions with the bowls and yoga WOW!!!"

Penelope is always interested in what her students and clients have to say, here are just a couple of the comments received:

Penelope is a very experienced teacher who offers a well structured balance of asana, pranayama and chanting.  Her classes are always interesting and varied.

Penelope’s classes whether group or individual are creative and experiential.  The classes I attend together with home practices have been of huge benefit to me.

I cannot recommend Penelope highly enough.  For everything Yoga I know that Penelope can help you too.

I have been visiting Penelope on a 1 to 1 basis for nearly five years.  As a teacher I have found her to be professional and direct in her approach.  As a person she is kind and considerate to me, always ready to listen and discuss my point of view.  Penelope is well informed on all that she teaches and never asks her pupils to do anything that she is not able to do herself.  I feel very lucky indeed to have her as my teacher.

Previous Philosophy Group clients have said:

Very interesting and challenging at times. Enjoy being guided on which areas to study as I struggle to find focus studying alone. Attending Penelope’s class has helped me enormously in developing my self-awareness, and self-analysis, to enable better understanding of my behaviour and relationships. I enjoy the nature of the class that each of us has time to share our experiences of the home study exercises. I always feel inspired to go away and investigate more - learning all the time!

So enjoy our monthly philosophy group and come away with positive thoughts and is a productive learning experience. This group has brought me joy and thoughtfulness and I know I am on the right Path. I Have gained insight, reflected on my personality and have worked to change what I see is not helpful.

I have found this way of learning to be very beneficial to me as it is much more about my experiences than about academic learning. It has given me an avenue to really explore a few concepts/precepts that has made me question many things in my life - i.e. attitudes, preconceptions, expectations! I feel really safe in this group to open up! It is fascinating work hard, but enjoyable - I feel more comfortable in myself.
